Distribution of Hygiene Kits to Tribal Women

 Manivali, March 8, 2022

Achievers College of Commerce and Management celebrated International Women's Day in the tribal area of ​​Manivali village.

On this occasion, the chairman of the college, Hon'ble Dr.  Mahesh Bhiwandikar Sir, Principal Ms. Sophia D'Souza Madam, Vice Principal Ms. Sana Khan Madam,WDC Coordinator Ms. Siddhi Chavan Madam, NSS Program Officer Mr. Rajesh Yadav Sir and other faculties of the college were present.

On this occasion, the college distributed hygiene kits to the women of the tribal village. All the female staff of the college lovingly distributed food to the children.  Hon'ble Dr Bhiwandikar Sir, who is CA by profession, was playing as a child among the tribal children of the village. He visited Zilla Parishad School Manivali adjacent to tribal settlement and appreciated the physical progress of the school through the CSR FUND by CRODA & Aarambh and  promised to sponsor a teacher to teach tribal students in the school insisting that the children from underprivileged sections of the society should also get quality education." Extending the scope of Women's Day not only to women but unto the last child of the society " This vision of the college is indeed a guideline for present society, 

On this occasion, Chairman Sir expressed his intention to implement many such activities in the future in coordination with school and college.  

Finally, on behalf of the school, the senior teacher of the school, Shri.  Vijay Pragane Sir thanked all the staff of the Achiever's College and concluded the programme.
